MARGARET ANN is a 95.5 foot sailing yacht with three passenger cabins, a starboard cabin, a port cabin and a master cabin. She is capable of welcoming 12 passengers in the day, and comfortably sleeping up to 8 passengers as well as the crew. This yacht is in pristine condition. It has a full complement of electronics and equipment for cruising globally in luxury and absolute comfort.
Its history of Atlantic crossings and cruising both European waters and the Caribbean are a testament to its true pedigree, with the highest build quality and optimum design. She was further rewarded for excellence in all respects as a finalist in the International Superyacht Society of the year awards. Covered from the elements, the cockpit has two varnished teak tables with seating around them for all 12 guests. Behind the cockpit is the helm and the aft deck. The deck can be easily shaded with awning both fore and aft. Deck furniture includes cushions for the cockpit, helm seats and aft deck seats as well as three teak reclining deck chairs with cushions, four teak director’s chairs, two teak side tables, two sunbathing mats and four bean bags. There is also a hydraulically operated boarding passerelle.
The upper and lower saloons are at the centre of the ship and include the navigation station, dining table, and the comfortable lounge with its sofas, 56 inch flat screen TV, Playstation, Xbox 360 and stereo. The lower saloon joins on to the crew galley so food and drinks can be effortlessly brought to guests, whilst the upper saloon connects to the cockpit above or the cabins below.
The interiors were designed by Redman Whiteley Dixon. The starboard and port guest cabins can each sleep three guests in either a twin or double configuration with an additional (adult-size) pullman bed. The master cabin has two double beds, an en-suite bathroom and an en-suite shower. Guest cabins each have en-suite showers and a 19 inch flat screen TV equipped with a DVD player and satellite decoders/recorders. There are also two cabins for the crew in the forward section of the yacht.
